The place was nice and the staff is very friendly but I felt like my haircut was done in a rush. Usually, when I go for a haircut, the stylist takes a moment to understand my hair growth pattern and what kind of style I want. However, the stylist at Knockouts went straight to using the clipper after asking me what style I wanted. My hair is way shorter than what I wanted and my sides have hairs poking out instead of having a faded cut. I feel like the salon would do better if they took a moment to understand and plan out how they will make the expected hairstyle happen. Because I m left with a bad haircut for a month.

I hope this was an isolated moment.

Very amazing hairdressers. They are all very professional and know how to have some fun. Despite the pandemic, I feel very safe going there to get a haircut. I have been there 3 times since the start of the pandemic. They never disappointed me.

The hairdresser I typically go with is Alicia. Her skills are really good. Definitely worth asking for her to be your hair dresser.

Really, a fantastic experience from start to finish. The individual I spoke to on the phone was helpful and patient in explaining the different pricing for various services. Nicole was a wonderful, talented stylist who was easy to talk to, great stories, and great knowledge of how to fix the craziness that Sport Clips stylist had done. The best part? You re not hounded to buy products with tea tree oil, which is one ingredient men should absolutely avoid contacting their skin. And with lower prices, you re able to tip even more, so everyone wins!

I ve been visiting this place for over a couple of years. Alecia is my preferred stylist. They ve been taking proper care and maintaining Hygiene in Covid 19 times. I felt safe and comfortable visiting here even during the pandemic.
