Wow. A real coal mine and ..... They will sell you coal. A bucket or a pickup truck full. Raw coal with giant chunks, nice size chunks for a stove or an old school fireplace or fine stuff in case you have a power plant in your backyard.
I bought the anthracite from TSC. Much smaller chunks and *much* more expensive. What I got was 2-4'' in size and perfect. This is bituminous and will actually burn and frankly the cost is really your time and fuel to drive over there.
