Take a very long time to live load over 3hrs still not done,avoid this place

arrived at 11:55 am. at 4:30 pm got sent to other building for the rest of my load. still waiting. avoid this place

Bad experience.. I m on the dock from 7 hrs and they r still loading

Easy in and out. We trust them to do their job. They trust us to do ours. They make sure the load schedule is doable with plenty of time to deliver - stress and risk free. If something does go wrong (like a flat tire); it's easy for our dispatchers to communicate and adjust the schedule accordingly. These people are constantly stretching towards improvement; And, have done a great deal to overcome the challenges they have faced getting started. And; they have given back to this community in every way that they could. It is an honor to serve along beside them by delivering their loads safely and efficiently.

Experience here has been fantastic. Great people focused on providing great product.

Is the night time shipping office lady still sitting at her desk and looking at her phone, with her nails all pink and such?
Don't bother her... She doesn't like it! If you haven't got your papers that means you are still being loaded. She doesn't know when it is going to be done. If you have a question, just casually walk around the shipping office pretending to be friendly and not wanting anything and when you get her audience try to sneak in your question. According to my experience you will be loaded by the early afternoon next day.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at any cost. They take forever to load. Its floor load boxes of insulations. When you book load, broker never tells you that you are picking from two plants. If you want to waste 6-10 hours of your time, be my guest. They don t care about our time. Even the loader was telling me that 4-6 hours is normal to load.

I ve been a contractor for 35 years. It is the best insulation I have ever worked with!!

Too slow

Recieving is easy too get too, back right into docks, lots of room, quick unload

Slow :(( took me 0330 hr to pick 6 skids
No overnight parking,Poor Service,
after hour shipping guy has no sense of humour ,lazy @@@,try to avoid :((

Loads on time and ready to pick up when you get there... Easy getting back then drop and hook and roll out.

Complete show, stay away disrespectful to truckers

5.25 hrs and counting for live load. Never again! Only place worse so far is Budweiser in fort Collins CO. Sad when you're being compared for the number one spot. Trucks stay away... If you knows what's best for you. especially eld which is everyone now. If you can't run your business effeciently you shouldn't have a business, maybe enough truckers can make that happen for them by refusing to load here.

Had to pick up a load on a Sunday. Thought it would've taken all day after reading all the horror stories here.
In and out within an hour though.
Real nice people too.

I will Never return here, be careful carriers 12 hours to load no accept loads from here

Good place go over there shipping office he say ok back up now and 30 minute to your load is ready

Not a good place for live load , 2.5 hours and they did not even started. I am the only truck here and there is 3 forklift operators that do absolutly nothing. It took the shiping guy 15 min. just to log in his computer , I don't want to say it but I think they hire retarded peaple there. It seems nobady knows whats going on , they just send me from one warehouse to another and back. If you value your time stay away especially now with ELD.
