The KLS staff at the reception of the Graz Accident Clinic performed yesterday at 13:00 as if the war had broken out and they (one of the two security guards) were the saviors of the nation. Dealing with my wife was terrible, an absolute insolence. He said my wife is stupid, said he is a doctor and can do remote diagnosis. He also said that she can go without my help, so I asked for a wheelchair, he said that she can do it without my help. Sick to let go of such people on humanity ....

Fair to the staff. Time was flexible and there were never any problems with the salary. Break times are observed as well as possible.
