Much to my surprise! I respectfully ended the call. I've owned the property for over 3 decades and have never heard that from any insurance company that insured the property.

I disagree with Michelle as the property is neighbor to one of the most popular vegetable markets in the city. Perhaps Michelle mistakenly confused the neighborhood with the neighborhood to the south of my property location. Even though not true, there is a way of declining respectfully and professionally. I am retired from working in Customer Service with a Fortune 500 company that has a stellar reputation. If that conversation with Michelle didn't reek of a company that no one should feel comfortable doing business with, then please inform me differently.
