Main and perhaps the only attraction is the swimming pool. Food is not very tasty. Also the parking space is not sufficient. Usually not crowded. Decent enough place to spend 2-3 hours with friends or for swimming. Gardens are big and beautiful though.

Nice place for swimming it's cost for swimming just Rs.120/- person

Located on the Varanasi Lucknow National Highway, before Lalbahadur Shastri International Airport, Babatpur, this hotel offers a pleasant experience in itself. The clean, healthy environment defines its quality. On the grand highway, at some distance from the city, this hotel room is also quite It is well-known. Man found that the employees there also create a decent environment.

Beautiful place for holiday booking,wedding,birthday celebration, anniversary and much more....

The worst employee ever seen they are very very useless and if you will stay you have to face a lots of problem. They fight with us for because we spend just 10 min more in the pool and asked us for extra charges and pool facilities e is the worst in the varanasi and employees too

Best hotel on Highway(babatpur road) ... Nice place for marriage, engagement , birthdays etc. Decoration is too good... Foods are awesome.

Right choice for a family. Nice lawn maintained and food ordered was really good and tea too. The person who took care was really courteous . I will visit again

I stayed here on 21st of August 2020. Hotel was not well maintained. Cockroaches were roaming in room and bathroom. Food was good. I was very upset at the time of check-in because the man sitting at the reception was checking my BPM repeatedly and telling me that your BPM reading is very low. My BPM reading was between 65 and 70 while this reading is good. But he was saying that It must be above 70. For this I was kept outside for about 2 hours. Very bad experience for me.

I'll start with the good points
1. The place has been built tastefully
2. Location is excellent for airport access
3. Food is tasty

Now for the spoilers
1. The upkeep is pretty bad
2. The front desk person seems to be doing his job as a matter of courtesy. I wasn't even told about the free WiFi facility.
3. Intercom is non functional
4. They give you a mobile number after you complain that the intercom is not working
5. The room service is pathetic
6. The security guard shall take your luggage to your room and stand there till you give him a tip. No bell boys for the task!
7. There seems to be a single cook who takes his time to cook up meals. It takes 20min to deliver a Thali. But he cooks well, as I mentioned earlier
8. A good hotel should have the right people managing it. Just having a good infrastructure doesn't suffice.

I hope the owner takes note of these feedback to be in business.

Service was good but rooms are very small and it feels congested...lack of lighting and ventilation....but lawn is spacious and good and food is tasty

We were dere for OJT training for Airport Authority of India and stayed for 2 weeks..
We saw Couple visiting our near side by room for 1 or 2 hr and paying rent around 700 and then they left.
Even we saw one person came with different ladies.
When we asked manager to lodge a police complain then he said about Bread and Butter....blah blah...
Throughout the 14 day stay they used to switch of A/Cs frequently leaving us on pretty bad condition in hot summer of Varanasi.
On complaining he was showing silly excuses like Electricity problem...and all non sense stuffs...
As far as the food Quality is concerned it is well and good....U can enjoy there...

Location is at Highway so best place to stay with Good Service and View

It was pathetic and he charged Rs 2500 for that. You had engineering fails, no space for legs in the pot . Useless and waste spending even Rs 500.00

Wrost service ever.
Anyhow they try to make money from customer.

Perfect place if you wish stay near airport and also for partying outskirts of Varanasi.

I was their for dinner food or tast is good but services and infrastructure is very bad not recommend for a family dinner plan or any party at this at all.

A good ambience is all you need for a venue 5o conduct family or corporate gatherings. The same is a reflection of the place with upkept amenities, swimming pool etc. Only drawback is it ia far away from the city, but has a quite environ.

Pretty decent place and rooms were in great condition too. Most importantly, beds are really comfortable. I have stayed in 501 series in a seperate building. Staff is also very humble and attend to your requests too.
