After driving 1 1/2 hours to shop at Kiva Floors, Nacogdoches, Tx, the fat male Mexican employee asked me to leave the store or he would call the police. I was wearing a mask, was very polite, this was my clients 4th house to use Kiva Floors.....very uncalled for behavior. We simply ask the difference between quartz and granite. I would not recommend anyone darkening their door for business....we have choices!

Buyer beware!!! Jackie their prior employee was wonderful to work with. However, now that I have paid for a product and Jackie has left the company, the owner will not return phone calls and his son who now manages the place is incredibly rude to me and has a lack of knowledge about the products and processes. I would never have done business here if I was treated this way before they had my money in hand. They definitely lost my future business.

What can I say but AWESOME place! Very friendly and welcoming. Robert is very knowledgeable and helpful, is not pushy at all. Feels like we walked into a family's house. We purchased a granite counter top for a master bath vanity, and can't wait for it to be installed. I will definitely come back to them for other tiles I need. Thank you KIVA floors!
