Community outreach resource center, provided by St...

Community outreach resource center, provided by State, County, local and other such services... If you go there to seek assistance, you need to be "registered" first, which means standing in the long line outside on the 1st of the month, so you can "register", and get assistance with utility bills, heating costs, food and other such social services. Doors open at 8am, but you would do yourself good to get there by 6am, when the line starts to form for that month. Great staff, overworked, underpaid for sure, angels, all who Serve the masses here! God bless them all! Good luck, and Stay Safe!

The staff are All great working there and they work hard helping people get through the system and assist you every step of the way. Numerous staff have pointed me out to other resources, including helping me figure out my taxes, where to apply for medical, dental. Even during COVID-19 shutdown, employees worked from home even making sure my family and I had food. They really care, even though they may be overwhelmed at times, patience is the key getting direction and help in finding a place to go.

We have been trying to get help since been laid off in November 2020.
We call once and they told us that they only had housing aid for druggies and mental health people....
Then they always tell us to call back beginning of the month then they tell us to call back on the 15th, 10 days after rent is due.
I know they say no late charges and fees will be applied but it won't look good on our rental report.

I applied for help for my PSE bill back in October and I haven't gotten any help for that either. I am on a list... a number. They don't care what we are going though.

This place doesn't help anyone
