I had two tests done recently at two other opticians and couldn t get used to my new prescription. The last optician said I just needed to get used to the new glasses but I kept feeling dizzy and tired.
The optometrist at Kite performed a new test and told me my prescription was too strong and gave me the correct prescription.
This was a massive relief.
The sales person was also very helpful with the frame selection.
Best optician experience I have ever had! The service from Andreea was perfect - attentive and friendly but never obtrusive. The eye test was relaxed and thorough. The frames are amazing and my glasses are the best I have ever had. I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I love Kite eyewear I ve been going here since they opened their previous shop in Westfield, Stratford. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly, the frames are beautifully designed. But the one thing that is slightly annoying and probably the reason I would think twice about returning is the prices have increased quite considerably since my first ever visit, they now charge for eye tests, and they still stock my first pair of frames I bought from them so Im not sure how I d feel about paying more for them so many years down the line. What started as an amazing affordable alternative is now as expensive as any designer brand.

I had a very good experience having done my eye test at Kite Eyewear and Tony was very helpful going through the different options and glasses he showed me. He was very patient and he is very knowledgeable! It's such a more positive and personal experience than you get at Specsavers!

Fantastic Frame. It fits perfectly. Transparent frames are now a new trend in the eye wear. lens is actually anti reflective. Overall Lovely product with Excellent price. satisfied with the product.
