If I could give zero stars I would. I ve made several attempts to make contact with someone to refill my extinguishers (that came from this company). For the past week and a half and BRETT has failed to return any calls. I ve left several messages and still no return call. Apparently he a the only point of contact in the Bethlehem area? Horrible customer service and I will look into another company in the area better suited to assist me.

Reached out May 21, May 28, & June 2nd for an extinguisher to be inspected. We have given them prior business - we are an up and coming dermatology practice with 20 location - the sales manager Jason accidentally emailed me his reply. After 3 attempts two weeks apart I still gave you the opportunity to get new business. Steer away - bad management, poor service, no reports. I will definitely be sharing my experience with colleagues and other practices.

Kistler O'Brien is my go to for fire suppression installation. They handle all of their projects smoothly and with a lot of care. I have been working with Joanne Link and Eve Herman for a few years now and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my projects stay on track and turn out great. Great, dependable company. On time for appointments and very thorough with the inspection. Inspectors are courteous and knowledgeable and pay attention to detail.
