Would they hire one w no experience, but has a positive work ethic and willingness to learn?
This company might of passed through quite a few owner's, but there quality of there product remain top of the line.
This company wants manufacturing people with expertise in machine shop skills as well. They are down to street from brea mall driving distance.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with the purchasing manager, Wilson... very unprofessional, hard to understand, I could hear him eating/chewing and trying to talk all at the same time. VERY RUDE and extremely condescending. I would expect better from a company like Kirkhill, we have been a supplier to this company for many years and I have never come across an individual so clueless and rude.
Worked there for little over 8 months and they had no intentions of doing their best to get me hired, after they initially said that it would only take 3-4 months to get hired. I met every requirement needed to get hired, even met the required amount of hours way before the 3-4 months mark due to going in for overtime that they had requested from me. Even took the physical and test for when they were "preparing" to hire me. Yet still not actions were taken further. When asked what the hold up was, they just said that they were busy in the office. To make matters worse, Covid-19 hits, and they let go of so many employees including myself. I understand things happen in the world, but even before that, it shows how they manage their business. Still thankful for being able to have received the opportunity to work there during that time and gaining some knowledge and experience in the aerospace field. However, still very dissappointed.
