AT THE LIGHT CLINIC DOCTORS OFFICE TODAY, A NURSES AID ATTENDED TO A ELDERLY LADY! THE ELDERLY LADY SAT ON THE FRONT ROW, I THOUGHT SHE WAS THERE ALONE. THE NURSES AID SAT ON BACK ROW AT OTHER CORNER, JUST PUFFING & BLOWING COMPLAINING ABOUT TRANSPORTATION HADN'T ARRIVED THERE YET! SHE HAD A ATTITUDE. I DIDN'T OR WOULDN T HAVE NEVER THOUGHT SHE WAS THE ELDERLY LADY AID!
SHE DON'T LIKE HER JOB, BECAUSE OF THE BODY LANGUAGE THE (2) RECEPTIONISTS, ANOTHER PATIENT WAITING TO SEE THE DOCTOR & WHAT I SEEN WAS AWFUL, WITH NO RESPECT OR PATIENCE AT ALL....

I love working at this place,it was a wonderful place to work,I had so much fun, my manager ms.kim was like a mom to me I miss working here

My dear friend Lee Anne Eason put her lovely mother here with optimism that she would receive the care she deserves. She was promised things that turned out to be lies. Adult children need good options to assure the parents they love are in good hands . The hands that were suppose to take care of her mother only took her money. Do the right thing Kirby Pines, return her money as promised . If you are looking for a place for your parents do NOT send them here!!

Very unprofessional, rude and disgustingly stuck up. I am speaking from an employee's perspective. Several people, along with myself, have experienced the disdain from the representatives of Kirby Pines they are racist, rude and discriminatory. If thats how they treat their employees, I can only imagine how their mistreated employees are treating the residents.

I just wish the respect the employee more ,I have never heard a thank you, we appreciate your help from none of the upper management, the only people who do is the managers and the residents

Don t send loved ones here for rehab. Mine left here in a ambulance with a two week hospital stay from surgeries cause by negligence that s all I can say lawsuits pending

I work as a vendor there through my job and have been doing so for the last three or four years and all the staff and residents are a delight it wasn t up until today that I met SHERRY and she inclined about my face covering which I just taken off and she felt the need to be confrontational and clap her hands at me about a face covering that I had just removed she was aggressive and walked up on me as if she wanted to strike me

Employees cut corners, don't follow rules, arrogantly do as they please and don't care if residents can get hurt by their self righteous actions. The cooks in the bistro dont even know how to make a grilled cheese sandwich.

It s a wonderful place to live! Everyone is friendly. There s as much to do as you want!

My inlaws are in their late 80s and have been here a couple of years. They basically have a $5000 apartment with free lunch and get the apartment cleaned once a year!! If they were in the assisted living section they would cost kirby more because they would be providing more care. But conveniently, kirby said they didn't qualify for assisted living! Ridiculous.
