My wife had a emergency surgery on Monday Oct. 5, 2020. I had a job interview the next day. But my wife was in so much the pain the pills was not even working. So I text Jarrad and said I'm gonna have to reschedule the interview for Friday. He said that was fine. He lied because I been trying to get ahold of him. And he is not responding. So I know Jarrad don't have a heart. I would not ever want to work for someone that don't care about family. So I suggest don't work for this company.

Elevate Construction
I called last week and spoke with Kyle. I explained to him that I needed three windows cut out of an 11" basement foundation. Kyle told me it would be $33.00 a linear foot. I agreed to that price and made arrangements to have them at the property yesterday to cut the windows.
I was not on site, but had my father supervise. When I got home and looked at the invoice, I realized they had charged me $40.00 a foot, not the $33.00 I was quoted, this mistake increased my total invoice by $280.00. I called this morning to inquire about the discrepancy in price.
Kyle agreed he quoted me $33.00 a foot, apologized for his mistake, and explained that $40.00 was the correct price. As a small business owner myself, I understand that these mistakes are made, however, I always stand behind the prices that I, or my employees, quote my customers, even if the quote is incorrect and honoring it requires I provide my services at a heavily discounted price. Kippen would not do that, thus the 1 star review.
Fantastic experience. Brant and Chaz were efficient, polite and professional. We had them install an egress window in the basement and cut a horizontal concrete footing from a basement floor. They cleaned up the mess and made this experience wonderful. We've used concrete cutters in the past and Kippen was hands-down the BEST. Great job!
