We had this insurance company for three years. They were fine as an insurance company, but, they do exclude a great deal. The biggest complaint I had was the auditor that came after us every year. We were a small two man business and we were treated as if we were bandits and thieves by Diane Godsey. She was determined to find something to charge us for. I gave her correct information and when she sent back the audit, the info she asked me about three times, which were parts included, was still not correct and they sent us a bill. When I challenged it
I was told it had to stand because it did not matter that she made a mistake. This is a huge problem and i guess this is how they get the extra money.

This company is the biggest scam artist of all time. They provided me a policy that does not cover me at my retail location. The policy went into affect June 4, 2021 and it s now June 18, 2021. My retail store has been closed because of the wrong policy. I need to cancel it because it s of no use but they are still charging me 25% for something that has not and cannot be used. It s completely unethical to do this to a small business. They could easily cancel it, since I ve never used it, and return my money but they won t. I recommend not doing business with this company if you believe in morals, values and ethics.

See new photos. I being extorted basically saying that if I remove the reviews they will give me my money back. They are also stating that they will not cover my operation for test drives even though there is no exclusion for that. It s part of my business operation and services and how we make money to pay for this insurance. But yet they have chosen to deny me coverage for certain parts of my business. This seems fraudulent to me.

Just to be clear, Moore Insurance as shown in the photos, is just the broker and has done a phenomenal job. Kinsale is the problem.

This company is deplorable and dishonest. When we had an issue they did everything to disallow the claim. They even refused to represent us (as would be the norm for any reputable company). They cost me my company. DO NOT Trust them.

It was very difficult to obtain insurance. I had a claim last year and therefore I had a hard time getting insurance because I live in Florida. Even though insurance company's did very well for 8 years without a hurricane, when there was a bad hurricane, they complained to the state of Florida how much money they lost. My question . What did you do with all the money you got for eight years?

Worst insurance company I ever dealt with. They screw over their clients and try to deny every claim. I ve been in the roofing business for over 20 years and this is by far the worst GL carrier I ve ever dealt with!

Deplorable predatory practices, we had professional liability with Kinsale for the past several years, after answering their renewal questionnaire with one potential but very unlikely possible future claim; their raised our liability insurance from $5300.00 per year to $19,917.00 per year and open a claim on their loss runs (although not complaint was filed). Because a "claim" was posted it made it more difficult and expensive for us to find another company to cover us. When we found another company it took multiple calls and emails for Kinsale to forward the past loss runs, without it we could not be bound by another company. Our new policy cost us $6300.00 much better than over $19,000.00 and their unethical and rapacious underwriters must be very disappointed.

Great place to work. Excellent compensation packages. Very informative management.

I have been an insurance agent for 19 years. I have never dealt with a company that operates in so much bad faith. They sell policies in industries they do not understand and when the customer needs a change they refuse to make them which forces the customer to cancel or go out of business and Kinsale still makes the customer pay for a worthless policy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not work with this company they will rip you off. After their broker made a huge mistake that cost our company double what it should have been they refused to work with us came after us for the whole unreasonable amount. Wish I could give them zero stars. This company does not care for it's customers but is another greedy insurance company looking to fill their pockets at their customers expense while never intending to help them in any way.

Run the other way for insurers!! They do not protect you nor guide you appropriately. Their coverage is horrible and their excuse regarding good sound legal advice is to try to put blame on you. They document items that are not a factor to help cause harm to insurers when you do leave them. They are poor, novice at their job, and hire the most inexperienced counsels unfortunately. Use them only if there NO OTHER carriers left on this planet!
