Actually, I just drove past it today. After moving here from Hamilton ON in 1976, I have driven past Kinnikinnick Bakery innumerable times, but have yet to step inside / buy something / have a tour ( IF they even offer them... ?) What I DO KNOW is that they produce gluten free products for people who are celiac ( glucose intolerant). When I do visit I will ask for a tour (if offered) and ask questions / take photos if permitted. Thank you.
A prime source of Gluten Free products. Unfortunately, we arrived here at about 2pm and they were already sold out of a lot of their fresh goods. They gave us a business card and told us if you call ahead 2 days before arriving they will set aside anything you'd like.
My other complaint (and it's more with GF products in general then it is with Kinnikinnick) is that most of the fresh products were not only GF, but also Dairy Free. I know it's a niche market and that a lot of customers want both, but I for one, would prefer that there were more options that were only GF and didn't get the "free from everything" treatment.

Best place around. So accommodating. Everything is labeled. It's great. Food is wonderful and I can eat so many things even with being gluten and dairy free.

I'm not really into the whole gluten free thing, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the very large selection and taste of the foods offered. The deserts are amazing, cupcakes, cakes, muffins and doughnuts are all really good. I highly recommend for people who have a gluten intolerance.

We love Kinnikinnick Fresh! The storefront is a dream come true for celiacs and those with other food sensitivities. Not only do they have a vast bakery but they have full ingredient lists readily available so you can be sure it's safe for your particular needs.
The cinnamon buns are amazing, the pizza buns are oh so yummy, and there are so many little 'extras' to find that make allergen safe eating a lot more fun! Try the bread straight from here if you have only had the frozen stuff from the grocery store, it's even better fresh!
We can't wait to attend a cooking demo in the future! We are so blessed to have this little gem in our nearest city!
Such a great place!! They have all the stuff a gluten free kid is missing from their life. After shopping the whole store we finally came out with a fabulous gluten free selection that included pizza buns, cinnamon buns, apple tarts, and banana bread. To quote my niece after taking a bite, this completes me.

Products are gluten free dairy free etc etc... They have some good products that are gluten free. Their bread products are disappointing because they are dairy free and gluten free. Instead of picking one or the other they pick both, in turn the final bread product is flavourless and takes away from products like hamburgers, hotdogs, and sandwiches. I would only recommend the following products from this store: Panko Breadcrumbs (not really Breadcrumbs, but they work for meatballs/meatloaf etc, Oreo style cookies, graham crackers (smore kit), pizza crusts (frozen), Brazilian cheese bread (frozen product which are overpriced and can be made easily at home), and fresh cupcakes. I can appreciate the dairy free gluten free environment, but when both are combines the end product suffers.
Great selection of Allergan friendly Baked goods! Unfortunately a lot of it is quite expensive. Their pancake mix however is the best I ve ever tried!! The fresh sauerkraut and onion buns are also a family favorite.
Gluten-free EVERYTHING! It's a Saturday ritual for us. Fresh baked goods, cupcakes, cakes, buns, baguettes, bars, squares, and more. They have flours, oats, pancake mix, you name it, they've got it and did i say GLUTEN-FREE, too! Staff are always pleasant and willing to assist you.
I love getting their products shipped to me and I save a ton doing it this way. It's so great to have favorites I haven't had in years especially since it tastes amazing
