Kingston in Sunbury has an empathetic and very positive approach to customers, if my experience is typical. Assistance was swift and very much exemplary in every respect. Then UK and German branches liaised and my issue was resolved in a few days thanks also to their courier. Top marks and my thanks to Kingston Technology in the UK and elsewhere -- it encourages my continued confidence. (I am only an individual and not a major customer or anything like that, so this experience was surprising and welcome.)

Broken key after one year of use, it can happen but in less than 2 days, once the purchase has been confirmed and the key has been broken, the customer service has replaced the product, excellent customer service as few see it.

Very poor experience. I ordered some RAM and it was lost in transit by Royal Mail. Despite accepting that the item had been lost, Kingston flat out refused to provide a refund, claiming it was my responsibility and that they wouldn't refund me until they got a refund from Royal Mail.

This is completely unlawful under the Consumer Rights Act but they simply refused to accept this and ended up forcing me to reclaim the money back from them through my card provider. It took two and half months to do this. How can a company lose a package in transit, refuse to provide a refund and then claim it's the responsibility of their customer to resolve with *their* courier?

Just an awful service. I'll never use them again.
