Everyone was awsome from sales team to installers. Did my whole house with harvey double hung windows and I am completly satisfied.

King Shade & Window has installed custom shades, windows and a storm door at my mother s two-family. I love working with Melissa; she s a pleasure to talk with and knows her products. George gives honest opinions on what needs to be replaced and what can be repaired. Installation has always been prompt. They have quality products, fix the little thingies we break and even years later they will come by and fix what Mother Nature breaks. Trustworthy.

We had several double hung windows installed. From my first phone call to Melissa to the final follow up emails, everything was as smooth and easy as could be. Installation took less than a day and after the team left it was as though they'd never been there, other than the fact that we had beautiful new windows! I would definitely work with them again.

From ordering to installation, King Shade is top notch.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am a first time homeowner and was very nervous and pretty much clueless to the decorating/shade process. The King Shade team was so helpful, professional, genuine and kind. They made my place look even more beautiful than I imagined and walked me through every step in a manner I so appreciate. They were personable, professional and experts at what they do. I am happy with every aspect of their work and HIGHLY recommend them.

I had worked with King Shade as soon as we moved to the house for some immediate help. And the team was great -extremely helpful. Since, we had all the blinds replaced and they have done an awesome job. One call and I was able to schedule an appt for the measurements. They came on time, did the measurements, and even brought the samples to the house, based on what I had requested for. The installation was done, in two phases, just because one floor was ready and we needed the privacy. King shades worked with our timeline and made it really easy for us. The product is great, workmanship is wonderful. Service is the best. Brain is very detail-oriented. Thank you!

Melissa and George were wonderful to work with; they are so knowledgeable about windows and understood our needs right away. They even recommended windows that were slightly cheaper than the ones I had originally had my eye on. We ended up getting 38 windows installed and they look phenomenal. The installers were fast, friendly, and professional. There was a small problem that popped up during the installation, and it was handled quickly and effectively. We will definitely be going back to King Shade when we need windows, storm doors, and radiator covers!

I can t speak highly enough about the customer service of King Shade. We needed to get blackout blinds for a large room that our baby sleeps in, and while it was a big move, Dave and the rest of the King Shade team made it easy, made us comfortable, honestly some of the best customer service that comes to my mind lately. We love the final product, and can t recommend this company enough! Dave is the man!

Absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Had blinds put in in 6 windows. Extremely efficient. Excellent quality of work. About as painless and budget friendly as I could have hope for. Strongly recommend!

If anyone is looking for new storm doors King Shade on Centre St was WONDerful. Very clear info (non pushy) during the sale and the guys who did the install were terrific with our old non-square house, and friendly to our dog! We had wooden blinds and blackout shades installed over 10 years ago and they re still fantastic too! Thank you for such wonderful service !
