It has excellent infrastructure and conducive academic culture. After my 25 years academic journey I found myself one is luckiest person in the world to work for KSU with integrity and commitment. My colleagues, students and administrative staff are very respectful and always supportive and cooperative. In nutshell, KSU especially my College has its' own unique values and norms. These are the key drivers that force individual to do productive intellectual piece of work for this great institution and its' students and society at large.
