Worst customer service at the early detection unit.. I had to wait for 3 weeks for a physical exam.. And another 3 weeks for an ultrasound appointment.. They said they would call me when they schedule the ultrasound appointment, I waited 3 weeks and no one called. They never answered the phone as I called every day for an entire week, multiple times a day. I had to drive to the center for an explanation, and apparently the employee Lost my appointment card and never put me on the waiting list! As when I gave her my card in the first place she was on a personal phone call, giggling and gave me no attention!! The day of my ultrasound appointment was a disaster, the doctor was very unprofessional.. It was apparent that she didn't review my file and when she finished the exam she left the room without staying a word.. They gave me the report at the reception and that is it!! Although on the report she wrote that she explained the diagnosis and informed me of the recommendations but she didn t!!! I am very disappointed.

Its doctors has good expertise and knowledge in this field and has excellence nursing staff

We would also like to sincerely thank the nurse Hussain from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

About three months ago some one called introducing herself as a staff of the King Hussain Center offering their services and the benefits. It sounded good so I have given details of family as requested (3). The cards should be received within 3 weeks as I was told. Nothing is received. I phoned lately and promised so within couple of days. A week later I phoned and said will come back. 4 days ago they phoned and said will send them by Aramex. I questioned if they have point of sale in case I did not have cash . They do not have POS and suggested the Galleria mall stand. I went there and the all three names were wrong. Corrected and then giving the credit card, the POS is not working as advised by the lady. She swore that she informed her supervisors about this issue several times but no response. Wasted 1 hour without success. Waste of time. Another person came to renew his card by credit card too. Stood for 20 minutes and ran away.
Too bad for such organization.
