Worst customer service at the early detection unit...

Worst customer service at the early detection unit.. I had to wait for 3 weeks for a physical exam.. And another 3 weeks for an ultrasound appointment.. They said they would call me when they schedule the ultrasound appointment, I waited 3 weeks and no one called. They never answered the phone as I called every day for an entire week, multiple times a day. I had to drive to the center for an explanation, and apparently the employee Lost my appointment card and never put me on the waiting list! As when I gave her my card in the first place she was on a personal phone call, giggling and gave me no attention!! The day of my ultrasound appointment was a disaster, the doctor was very unprofessional.. It was apparent that she didn't review my file and when she finished the exam she left the room without staying a word.. They gave me the report at the reception and that is it!! Although on the report she wrote that she explained the diagnosis and informed me of the recommendations but she didn t!!! I am very disappointed.
