King Futts Review

Called to ask about a rental. I was refused ANY information in the RUDEST way possible. They should be ashamed of thier service.

I ve been renting from them for a bit over a year. Things are not fixed in a timely manner. The secretary is rude as hell and needs to find a new job.
Did not want to rent from them based on their reviews but decided to give them a chance..... should have followed first instinct. Do not rent from them!

We have rented homes from them before. The thing that impressed us the most was the service. They had someone out to fix our houses quickly. They are very nice and easy to work with. They really take care of their homes as well.

They leave you alone, fix things promptly, prices are best in city. Lived in rental 2 years. One complaint. At our expense we put up awningg, $4000. When we left they still charged $75 off our deposit to pull weeds from rock area they had put in, and didn't cover under rocks properly to prevent weeds.

Was a great company until Samantha and her staff left. Company went downhill as soon as they moved into the Sportsman Manor. Breaking my lease and will never recommend this company again.

I applied for a rental nobody ever called me or contacted me. I called and asked for an update about 3 days after no call from them . A manager told me my application was denied based on an eviction and a FELONY on my record. I asked about their application process and explained this has to be a mistake I have not ever gone to jail and the co applicant has never rented from another place from where she currently rents now. Her response was if I could provide proof it was not me they would approve me. I called back and spoke to another person in regard to what I can send in as proof . That is when I was told they check FREE public information , that is how they "process" your application and charge you 50$ per person to do. I went and paid $120 to have my background checked through an actual company, sent it to king futts and told them running an application through a public information site is improper since it can pull up common names in eviction settings. The criminal public information can be a mistake as it was in my circumstances and I was never charged. The response was that this was not the first application they had processed and they could use any process they liked. Ummmm yeah you obviously have been charging to retrieve free unreliable information from all of your applicants for a long time and I'm sure I'm not the first declined application being that your process is not even a process. Then as her comprehension level was a bit low she ends the email with if you can prove it isn't you I can approve your application but will not refund you the app fees. I sent in the report that stated I did not have any criminal charges along with the co applicant rental verification of no evictions. Guess what the response was to this NOTHING!!! have never received a reply since. The market in Las Vegas rentals is booming therefore more and more companies are becoming careless in customer service . This company is a Perfect example!! I have been employed in property management and one sign of poorly managed offices is no callbacks or responses. Every time I received a response was because I reached out to them . I can only imagine what their residents experience and at this point $100 is not much of a loss when you are aware of whom not to do business with.

I have been renting from King Futts for 3 years and i love it .

My neighbors renting Kings property and I have a lot of problems with them.After I complained to the management, they promised to move the renters out in a month. I am waiting for 4 month already but nothing is going on. They lied to me!

They were so easy to rent from...o have evictions, bad credit and bankruptcy and they all approved me for a nice house. Plus these houses are nice

If it wasn't for the house that i absolutely love I wouldn't bother dealing with them at all. They are unprofessional, not helpful, and extremely careless. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from them period.

Good experience with this company! The prices are reasonable and the staff works to get the job done!!

This company is negligent in every way possible. They are complete SLUMLORDS! They hire handymen that have absolutely NO IDEA what they are doing. There houses are falling apart & most have major water damage. I wouldn't be surprised if they had people living in homes filled with black mold. Big lawsuit! The girl that runs the office Leanette is RUDE & very unprofessional. She skips every single corner when fixing the homes. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I strongly suggest you look elsewhere when renting. I only gave them 1 star because there was no option for zero stars.

Friendly staff! Lots of properties to choose from. They had something in my price range. Reliable company.

We never had an issue a year ago till new manager took charge. She is so unprofessional to the point she'll hang up on you and over charge you without an explanation. King futts was so professional and such a recommendation ,not anymore.. The front desk man is more professional than the manager.

Here I am calling back to back to inquire about a 3 bedroom house. All I'm gonna say is thank God for reviews. Saved me bundle

First of all I don t ever do reviews because I just go with whatever happens but this company was to bad I had to do this review so others show know. The worst customer service you will have, we rented from one of there properties last year and tried contracting them letting them know we were giving them months notice and they completely ignored us, even though we called them multiple times to let them know and answer and acknowledge it but didn t file it or put it in there system also we emailed them letting them know but they never check there emails. As well as when I moved out and got a new apartment king futt started to argue with the apartments I applied for that I didn t give them notice even though we did multiples and have proof of it. We had to go down to the office at my lunch break just to have them email the apartments to let them know we did give them notice but when we left the office they would tell the apartment complex again and again that we didn t. Then when we made an appointment for them to inspect the house for any damages or extra fees and to give them there keys, king futt never came out and we waited at the property for two hours!!! Then after four months of us not having any communication with king futt and left the property I get an alert saying that they filed a derogatory mark on my credit saying I owe money without even trying to contact me for it or anything and dropped my credit dramatically. Stay away from this property company

Doesn't take any concerns seriously. Told them that I suspect mold in the home that I'm renting . After one room was cleaned Lindsay in the office said we're not doing your whole house!

They are so poorly managed!!! Leanette needs to be fired!!! She is so unprofessional and disrespectful on every level. When you complain she threatens you to not renew your lease. She adds charges to your balance. She is probably pocketing that money. Plus they can not keep maintenance staff. They all quit!! So good luck getting your repairs done. King Futts sucks as long as she is in charge!!!!

RUNNNNNNN! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY ARE SLUM LORDS! CHECK OUT THEIR REVIEWS & THEY WERE ON THE LOCAL NEWS. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PROPERTIES OR TENANTS! Lynette who works there is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They send unqualified repair men to attempt to fix stuff at the home. The repair guys have no idea what they are doing.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, they are thieves. I rented a town home from them about 3 yrs ago, they became upset as I would not renew a lease with them.They tried to attach a $1500 water bill mind you they are claiming I have not paid this in a year they asked me to move in 30 days. I cleaned the unit returned the keys and had them do a walk through

I thought I had got rid of this company for good and that they would be out of my hands. They referred me to collections for a $1500 balance mind you they kept $950 and I paid July rent and moved out returned the keys with my walk through on 08/01/15. The lady I spoke with recently advised me she sees this balance and would need to adjust the balance on the account

I called today and spoke with a Lynette who needs to take an etiquette class her professionalism was absurd. She was rude disrespectful and continued to change her story multiple times now I have a clear view of whats going on. I will seek legal action against them as they are causing all kinds of havoc

My wife and I have been renting from King Futts for a couple years now (in two different homes). We've rarely had any problems. If we do have a problem with say one of the appliances they come out quickly and take care of it. The houses we've stayed in have been in great condition and look fantastic.

We've been renting from them or about a year now. We love our house! If anything goes wrong they send someone right over to fix it (and they actually fix the problem). The prices are good too.

We've been renting a home from King Futts for the past 5 months. If there are ever any problems with the home they come out quickly to resolve the problem. They are easy to work with and really worked with us on our rent payment.

They are really great and helpful landlords.

When you call the front office the new woman is nice. The woman who is the office manager is nice. The man who I signed my lease with is nice- I thought he was the office manager. And the lady that showed me places is so nice too. And I feel safe in my gated neighborhood & the house is great.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!They dont fix anything in a professional timely manner. The girls that answer the phone seem slow and uneducated. Nobody knows anything. Always waiting on a manager to call you back, well wait because they take 48 hours or longer. This place is just horrible. Unprofessional!!!!! I only been here for 11 months and already look to move.

Horrible place to rent from they never actually fix anything correctly, I had leaking water out of multiple sinks and the guest shower wouldn't turn off all the way. They blamed me for the kitchen garbage disposal not working after less than a week into living in the rental property, the land scape that was supposed to be worked on never got done, and the air conditioning in the rental was cooling off the attick instead of the house, among other problems with the house... They also have 2 guys that they won't tell you even their names come into your rental to fix things, one has tattoos on his face and they don't show up in anything that says they work for King Futts on it anywhere your just supposed to let them into your rental.
