This is the first time I have used King & Chasemore Crawley for finding a property to rent however the team is very friendly, attentive, organized and make the best efforts to get things rolling as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

I would like to thank Cloe Colins in particular in all the hard work she has done. Although I haven't been able to view the property I have complete confidence in that there are no unknown issues with the flat, and if any where to arise they would be dealt with swiftly and professionally.

All in all, she has made the whole experience easy, helpful, informative, straightforward and overall pleasant thus far.

Albeit, Both Andrew and Cloe possessed the emotional Intelligence and drive of identifying my requirements as a Landlord, but most impressively,broadly mastered with sound judgement, the ability of offering me a value based solution from start to finish. Smiles and doubles all round.

King and Chasemore were amazing in helping us find a dog safe property for our family. The whole team has been incredible, the communication has been so clear and easy throughout the whole process, any problems we had were straightened out immediately and we were kept up to date until moving day.

Brilliant service from Sales to renting out the property. They have a very professional team. Neill in sales was very helpful and Profeasional. Becky and Andrew in letting were exceptional. They made the whole process very very smooth. Can't recommend enough.

First time Landlord and I found King & Chasemore very professional and helped at every step, a non pushy sale and where happy to answer all my questions in the lead up to the letting. The tenants they found had all the relevant checks done and they did verything to the point of moving it.
