If I could give them zero stars I would. Our business in Hampton used this company for 3 years and it was the worst experience and customer service of our life. First of all, the lady here never answers the phone and on the rare occasion she does, she is extremely unprofessional. When arranging for our services to be transferred to our new location, we agreed upon and set a specific date and time and no one ever showed. When we let her know we were thinking about switching companies for our new location (after their guys never showed) she got all bent out of shape and tried last minute tactics to try and get us to stay with them. Once we officially cancelled and switched companies, she claimed we never cancelled and she has CONTINUED TO CHARGE US!! Furthermore, we have continued to receive calls in the middle of the night (midnight, 2am, 4am, etc) because their device in our old location (of which we have been moved out of for over THREE MONTHS now) had a dead battery and she never updated the contact info for after hour issues (perhaps why we are still getting billed)!! We have repeatedly tried to get in contact with her regarding this issue and she hasn t answered the phone NOR returned our calls or emails. We are currently going through the proper legal steps with our lawyer to address the overcharges (we have proof in writing that we cancelled our services) as well as to address the inconvenience of being constantly called in the middle of the night for a service we haven t had in 3 months. STAY. AWAY!!!
