I went last year, and i had an amazing experience I did Indian therapy for mind relief and to distress and the doctor was so professional and I really felt different after 7 sessions. i really recommend it and I m planning to do it again, the prices are a bit expensive but it worth it.

I would like to express my high gratitude to Dr. Deng Lei for his profesionalism and special his dedication and commitment to his patients. I leave in Dubai for 22 years and I honestly can say I come across with good doctors and who seem to care more about the paychecks then the patients, but when Dr.Deng start to treat me I realise for the first time in years he is the doctor who wear the white coat with dignity and pride and care about you 100% .
Also I like to mention KindCare Medical Center as one of the best clinics in Dubai, who has lots of good doctors and many varieties of treatments.

Terrible place! Do not go there, specially if you are pregnant, there are a lot of other clinics, who would take care of you and your baby .

Very disappointed with the level of service and care they give their patients. To being a loyal and repeat customer for over a year will be the last time I visit. Without any notice upon arrival to the clinic they tell you the package you paid for is expired! Never again.

The service was more than perfect , the Doctors and nurses were excellent with taking care of the patient, we feel we are at home and one family , I have to thank you all for the excellent service and care we get.

I first came to work in Dubai. Suddenly I heard about pregnancy. I was very worried because I had to find the right clinic, with a good doctor and reasonable prices. I went online and saw good reviews. With the choice of the clinic KindCare was not good. Polite staff, pleasant nurses and a very good doctor, Dr. Nazarova. After a while having a rash on my face and visiting different dermatologists, Dr Kristina was able to find the solution to my problem and offering a very complete service. She was warm, caring and empathetic. She took a detailed history and performed a thorough examination. Her communication with us was outstanding. She took the time to explain the treatment course she recommended and gave us ample time to discuss everything and answered all of our queries. We felt very lucky to have been under her treatment and happy to see her again if the need arise.

Have experienced the best blood extraction ever. My fear due to usually bad experience in the past with needles was unfounded at Kind Care as the nurse took the smallest needle ever seen and responded very good to my anxiety. Thank you Christine!

I must say after 15 years being in Dubai, it was the first clinic which is not only very ethical in approach and warmth, they re very sincere, starting from the Doctors till the nurse, receptionist etc.

I did not had the impression at all, that the main purpose of my visit will be oriented on revenue generating actions. It was fully focused on the clients. What was exceptional, that they combine the options of natural treatments and science. It was a very interesting and unique service.

My honest compliments to the clinic to all there, it was quite an honor from my side to be taken care by you.

Dear my dear people! DO NOT contact the KIND CARE clinic for help! The staff, together with the owner of the clinic, doc. Igor -on is also a therapist, i.e., first to him, and he, he is the owner of the clinic, directs all other procedures and doctors, all in one clinic. The staff is very polite, which corresponds to the name, but ATTENTION: the prices for all procedures and visits to doctors are so very high, and even one in the price list - after visiting the doctor, you are not given a real bill! BE Vigilant! ! And it doesn't matter! I bypassed almost all doctors, the treatment was not prescribed correctly! As a result, from the wrong treatment, I ended up in a completely different hospital under IVs! BE CAREFUL !
Bottom line: health is undermined, money wasted, and even the KIND CARE clinic Because this is an endless circle in which doctors in the clinic send you for examination, tests ... again for an appointment ... again tests and as a result, completely horrified by the doctors in the clinic, because all the staff is set up to withdraw money from your pocket, I want you to isolate my dear humanity from a deliberately FALSE CHOICE - by asking KIND CARE for help!

The first time I came to the clinic was because a friend recommended it to me three years ago and to this day it is my favorite clinic. The name of the clinic speaks for itself. Already from the doorstep of KindCare you feel the care and helpfulness of the staff. You hear relaxing music, which makes you fall into this relaxing calm and safe atmosphere. From the first moment you realize that your visit is important to them and that you came to the right place, where they will not leave you without a highly trained professional. They work together like the mechanism of the Swiss watch. There is not one unnecessary move. No hassle amongst staff starting from reception ending with the doctors. I fully trust the professionalism of any of the doctors working there, which are assisted by the latest technology. Well i had been taking laser sessions since 2014 from kind care n it has been a wonderful experience. i went in and requested a wet hijama hoping i would get a good bleed release, however i was pricked with micro needles and bled very little in compariosn to other times i have been treated at other clinics. otherthan that the place is clean.

She detected and diagnosed on me some other health-related issues which helped me to get pregnant. Money trap!! Be careful! I went for a simple wet cupping - they created a bill almost three times the procedure for things I didn't ask for at all! I will complain to the Ministry of Health as well.

I'm Russian and the KindCare Clinic is the best in Dubai. I tried 2 others before, but I wasn't happy at all.

Actually, Kind care is not a clinic, there are your friends and familiy who take care of you with love. I came to the Kindcare medical center to improve my physical state-I was so exhausted with my everyday stress. I took a course of intravenous vitamin therapy and a course of ozon therapy. Doctor Lilia is so kind and so professional! She can answer any question. She is a great and talented doctor. She takes care of her patients day and night. As I was so weak in the beginning of course she asked by phone how I feel in late evening and in the early morning. If I felt not good she gave me advice what I should do to feel better. The result of the cure was impressive! At the end of my course I felt so good as if I was born again) by the way, my friend also took the treatment and also became more healthy and energized. Now I know: if I have any trouble with my health in Dubai I will address only to Kind care clinic. Every patient should understand that health is not a cheap thing to buy, but it is really worthing its price. Dear doctors and all medics of Kind care, thank you for comfort and health! Took my son and it was his first experience at the dentist, doctor was friendly and my son enjoyed the vist without any issues. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. They had a play area for children which kept us busy while we waited.

Great clinic Helped our family a lot, had to mention the stuff and sisters are amazing and feels like home literally. Dr.Igor is always there to advice and give the best options to their patients. One of best kids friendly clinic I had ever visited .Excellent place with very professional Doctors and friendly staff! When I took my nice along , staff over there kept him with good care and entertained the entire time , while I was getting my treatment done. Doctors are only qualified to give antibiotics, if that did not helped they don t know what to do next and will tell you to continue taking antibiotics untill you die. Don t go to any private clinics guys especially with your baby infants they don t have any equipment to do blood test, x-ray etc and in the big hospitals it will be done on spot and results will be ready in 10 minutes.

I go to the centre to visit Dr. Kristina. Excellent and professional doctor. Procedures are done professionally and she always follows up with clients after the procedure. The only comment is that that they charge you 100 dhs for medical report. This is the first time I experience something like that. I think it is unreasonable considering that the price for consultation and procedures is quite high

Dr. Kristina helped me to improve my skin condition after low quality of laser treatment which I did in very famous clinic in Dubai. We are using PRP and laser (good ones).
I m so inspired by PRP treatment results.
Kind Care clinic use the best quality of products for PRP treatment which is extremely important for final results.
With Dr. Alexander I did physiotherapy and shockwave to decrease the sizes of hunchback and reduce a pain in hips after pregnancy.
