Bob Silverman worked with the manufacturer and called me in about a month with a proposed settlement that was accepted. The issue was resolved and the attorney fees were paid by the car manufacturer.

No cost to us and its true! The law states that the manufacturer pays for the attorney and these guys never once told us otherwise. Our team was extremely helpful and someone was always there to answer any of our questions. I have been through the lemon law process once on my own and it was extremely painful fighting with the large companies as they did not want to settle but I eventually got there. It was so nice to just turn everything into our layer's team and wait for the results. On top of that they were able to get us a deal better than I ever thought of getting. I cannot say enough good about how open and honest the Kimmel & Silverman team was to us. Highly recommend them if you have a lemon because the auto giants do not care about you as an individual.
