Kim Stevens Nike Golf Camp (Summer Camp) Review

My twelve year old had a ton of fun and learned a lot. I really feel like I got my money s worth!

My kids loved this camp! They learned golf skills and made new friends. The golf instructors were friendly and knowledgeable! They want to participate again next year! It has been a blessing from the GOOD LORD! We highly recommend it!

My son had a great time at the Nike Junior Golf Camp. He has been with professional coaches for the past 4 years and learned more in one week at the camp than he has in the past year. He really enjoyed being able to golf at different golf courses and the opportunity to stay in a college dorm.

We signed our 9-yr old up for Nike Golf Camp and were very happy in our decision. Our son said it was the best camp and wanted to go again for another week. He showed us some important tips that the instructors gave him and we will continue to let him practice those tips on the course. He had a fun time at the camp and made friends with some older boys. I felt he left camp with more confidence and really enjoying the sport. We will be signing him up again next summer.

My ten year-old son had a great week learning new skills and playing with friends. He felt very comfortable there and enjoyed his teacher who was the same each day. He learned a lot and is excited to go back next summer!

I had three boys attend camp this year. They looked forward to attending camp each day. They talked about the games they played that taught them specific golf skills. They loved the incentives provided and I especially was impressed hearing them use technical golf vocabulary with the ability to clearly explain to me what they had learned.

My son has improved exponentially and had a blast doing it.

My son really had a good time, learned a lot. His coach was the UNCG college women's golf coach and she had one of her graduated senior golfers with her at the camp as well. We really couldn't have asked for a more ideal situation. We had experienced golfers and a younger coach who could relate to the younger campers as well. They brought in a swing machine and helped my son get the correct length and weight of clubs. We have done a lot of camps over the years with our boys, but this one was at the top of our list for overall value and good experience. Highly recommended to anyone with a child that has a legitimate interest in the game of golf.

The Nike Junior Golf Camp @ Rebecca Creek was a wonderful experience for my daughter Caroline. She went in thinking she wasn't going to like it and finished the week LOVING golf. Rebecca Creek has a fabulous staff assisting all campers. The Pro Golfer Mark Carter is sensational, he really knows how to build confidence in the kids and make the whole experience fun. My daughter came back loving everything she learned from Mr. Carter and is excited to continue playing golf. His Assistant Ray Lopez is also fantastic. He encourages kids and builds up their confidence in the game. If you want your child to have fun and learn golf, the camp at Rebecca Creek golf course in Spring Branch is the place to send them. My daughter is looking forward to going back next year for the camp.

My 12 year old son had a great time at this camp. We originally signed up for half days, but he wanted to switch to full days after the first day. The instructors were great and he got some good experience.

I've had two very different girls go through the half day camps and both remarked on how professional, encouraging, and worthwhile the experience was for them.

David had a great learning experience at Shawnee. Missed having all the technology of the advanced camps so would probably look for that next time. But, really enjoyed the Shawnee course and Pro s so made up for it!!! Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Excellent camp. My son had an amazing time and his skills improved dramatically. This isn't just hanging out at the golf course... the coaches are working with the kids to help them get better and enjoy the game more. Lots of fun stuff too.

We have done many golf camps before but this one was our favorite! Expert instruction and fantastic staff created a wonderful experience for our son.

My daughter had a blast! I was worried she d get burned out from 6hrs of golf for 5 consecutive days but I m happy to report she loved it. She made new friends and felt confident in her game. This was great for reinforcing her skills and playing the course.

Joel's first camp... he was super excited and loved every day! He met some new friends, came home with a new swing and is loving hitting the ball. He hits it well to be first timer. I would totally recommend this to anyone with kids... fun in the sun, shade and sand pits...Good times!!!

Very happy with the golf camp at Pewaukee Golf Club. There were only 10 students and 2 coaches which gave my son a lot of personalized attention. Most summer camps are overpacked with too many kids per instructor so it was refreshing to find a camp that wasn t that way!

My son attended the golf camp at Purgatory Golf Club. It was an outstanding experience for him. Jon and Neil really helped with the fundamentals that are so crucial in this game. I noticed an immediate improvement as well as my 8-year-old son beat me in a putting contest. I highly recommend.

Thank you for instilling a love of golf in my son and giving him the skills to feel confident playing! This camp is well run, organized, and my son loves it. It s not inexpensive but I believe worth the price. Both kids will going next summer and we ve signed up for Junior Academy.

My 11 year old is a first time golfer. Had a great week with Nike Junior Golf Camp. He had nothing but great things to say about the coaches, location, and schedule of the day. He had a lot of enthusiasm for this camp, which is great because its difficult to find camps that an 11 year old wants to go to. We will be back next year!

Perfect for my little golfer! My 7-year-old had an excellent experience with the Nike Golf Camp at our local golf course. The staff were super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It was ran very professionally and yesterday we were out in the yard swinging the clubs and my husband and I couldn't believe how much his swing had improved! We will definitely be signing up again next year.

Our Nike Golf Camp instructor gave my son specific tips to help him develop his swing, chip, and putt. The Nike handbook he was given gave him a place to write down the tips, so he could continue to use them in the future. Instructor Sheryl Maize was incredible and naturally motivates students! What a fun week!

My 11 year-old son had a fabulous time at this Nike golf camp at Torrey Pines. I couldn t believe how much he enjoyed it! We would drop him off at 12 noon and pick up at 7:45pm - he didn t want to leave at the end of the day. Golf pros were professional and great with the kids! We will return for sure.

Such professionals! This was a well organized, safe, camp with tons of golfing non-stop! It placed a spark in my kid and he didn t want to stop! We will definitely be back again!

A great way for our daughter to practice with other players. Despite only having a few girls (2 out of 26 campers), she had a great time and made a lifelong friend.

My daughter wanted to try Nike Junior Golf Camp at Newcastle Golf course. She enjoyed it and has expressed an interest in taking more lessons and going to hit buckets and playing the course. So, good job Coach Keith and Coach Jim for sparking her interest to continue to learning golf.

Good camp. A little pricey, but my son's stroke improved. He is 17, wished we did this camp when he started golfing 3 years ago.

You can't find a better camp than Nike Golf at Williams. My boys love it. Super staff and director, very well run. They play a lot of golf and have a lot of fun.

Nike Junior Golf Camp is great and J.R Ross is an excellent instructor. I highly recoomend this camp for anyone who wants to learn golf and for those who love the sport and want to learn new techniques, etiquette etc. We love the program and look forward to next year! Thank you!!!!!!

My son loved the camp because of the Nike gear, but even more so because of the instructors. They were knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun! He wants to go again this summer!! Worth every penny!

The Nike Junior Golf Camp that I attended at Pebble Beach was truly an incredible experience. The instruction at the camp was outstanding and I genuinely feel that my golf game has improved from the several pieces of excellent advice I was given! 10/10 would recommend!

Nike Golf Camp at Pebble Beach was an excellent experience for me as a golfer and socially. Through hours of instruction I have improved my technical and mental game dramatically. My favorite time was playing on courses like Spy Glass, Spanish Bay and Poppy Hills. The coaching staff was so knowledgeable and friendly, they made the time we spent on course and instructions a lot of fun! I met many new friends and made memories for life time!

My son loved this camp. He learned some important fundamentals to playing golf and had fun doing it along the way. We will definitely be attending this camp again in future years!

My son Loved his experience at Nike Junior Golf Camp! There was a great instructor to student ratio, the lessons were tailored to all ages and abilities and the last day of the session consisted of competitions designed to challenge the kids on each of the lessons taught during the session. My son wants me to sign him up for more sessions!

My 15 year old son LOVED his camp experience. He had been playing golf for almost a year so was a real beginner. He received lots of quality advice, mostly on his stance, and improved his game to being a double bogey golfer in just a few days. Now he is even more excited about pursuing golf and he made some local friends he may be able to connect with to play. He has already decided he wants to attend camp next year.

This was my son's first time at a Nike Golf Camp and he had a very good experience. He really liked his coaches and had a lot of time on the course. He learned a lot!

Great camp! Dr Bob Winters and ALL of the camp counselors were outstanding. Lots of hands on instruction and fun. My son learned a ton and enjoyed his week.

My 12 year old son attended the Nike Junior Golf Camp at William & Mary. He had an amazing week and he enjoyed the instructional lessons each morning and then playing golf each afternoon. He will definitely attend again in the future.

My son 10 and daughter 7 went to the camp for the week. Son stayed full day. Daughter half. They absolutely loved it. All's they want to do is golf. I haven't got them on the course yet to see if they are a bit better (I don't expect miracles in a week) but hopefully they did learn something. Even if not, the love for the game changed for the better.

My son at 11 years old was his first solo camp and we weren't sure what to expect. Not only was the golf instruction fantastic but the camp camaraderie was confidence building for our son's golf game. We would do it all over again in an instant.

My son just started to play on a more regular basis and very much enjoyed the camp. He learned the fundamentals of striking the ball and improved his iron play. Additionally, he liked the friendliness and knowledge of the instructors.
