The cabins are still in good condition, the heaters still work. The kitchenettes come stocked with almost everything you need from plates and utensils to cookware and cutlery. I wish I could spend weeks there! I know this review is a particularly short one but I'll write a longer one the next time I am able to truly explore the camp like before.

It's a great place to stay. Cabin was nice and facilities were also great. Stayed in a one bedroom with jacuzzi. There are sliding doors that divide the room in half. There was also a nice fireplace (you can buy wood at the general store). Was awesome to stay in the national park.

The kitchen was adequately stocked for making meals. We had picked up a load of stuff from Costco. I made pancakes each morning and salmon and salad for dinners. The stove and oven worked great! The dining table was in pretty good shape, though the four chairs were mismatched. Recommend

Visit to watch a theater performance and had dinner at cafe/restaurant. Clean area and friendly staff. Lots of parking and bot crowded. Both Theater and Restaurant followed Covid guide lines. We felt safe.

We had a great time in the two bedroom cottage with kitchen. The cottage seemed a little worn, but was clean and cozy. Was not crowded due to COVID-19, the bowling alley was our only source for food at the camp besides the general store. The store was a bit pricey. The entire camp was well kept, inviting and we really enjoyed ourselves. We shall be returning, can t beat the price!

Great condition of the cabins, and good use of space. The fire place is a great added touch because of how cold it gets at the higher elevation. Great location and a minimart within the facility.

A wonderful and peaceful place with cabins for rent and it s own little community with bowling alley, cafeteria with buffets, and a well equipped general store for most of your camping needs. My family and I have stayed a few times and it s always a good experience. There s tons of history built into this place and everything is mostly modernized while keeping the historic architecture intact. Not only that, the whole Volcano National Park is around you here. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful place as a base to explore the Park.
We did a ton of hiking. Fun and awe inspiring.
Quiet, cabins are very clean.
Food choices are limited but good.
Unbeatable price for having a whole cottage for ourselves.
Thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay.
Some services are still limited due to Covid.
Staff is super friendly.

We stayed at the camp for two nights. The cottages were very cozy and tidy. Great place to get away from the business of life! Some military requirements to stay there. The service was very good. The cafeteria is good for meals. They don t post it, but there are other selections for breakfast besides the buffet.
