The secretary has made it known that a lawyer is absolutely not necessary, people do! Counterparty arrives with a lawyer and the secretary of Kifid has not been honest about that. As a consumer, you have to stand firm in your shoes in order to take legal action against it at the hearing.
Kifid certainly does not make an impartial impression and the committee "old" gentlemen think they are very funny themselves, while as a consumer you have nothing to laugh about. Really in need of updating!

I have been working for 8 years (!) For my 8 usury policies trying to get my right at this club. From start to finish, this "consumer advocate for financial services" has proved to be a great farce! From the beginning, the submission and description of the complaint, even to the appeals committee, they do everything to train your case, complicate procedures and settle decisions in favor of the insurer. It's that I hired a very good advocate from the start who sat on top like a pit bull and persisted for years that I eventually managed to settle with multiple insurers. But that is not thanks to, but despite the opposition from the Kifid! @government; discontinue this club, it makes no sense to file a complaint with them. @consumer; Avoid frustrations for years and do not file a complaint with Kifd. Do you still prepare yourself for super poor communication from Kifid, years of frustrating and time-consuming procedures, legal jargon, expensive Zuidas lawyers from the counterparty for which you are not a party (unless you take an expensive lawyer yourself) and last but not least a shocking partiality of the Kifid. Who pays determines and the Kifid is paid by the counterparty, the insurers (Sic!).
