I never felt pressured and they listened to everything I wanted and expected and delivered 10 fold! My husband has gotten his last 2 cars from them and had nothing bad to say! I really appreciate Kiefer Mazda of Eugene working with me. I came in with an 04 Ford F-150 that had over 200k miles on it and an interest rate through the roof. After some negotiating, I ditched the 04 and drove off in a 2016 F-150 with low miles and an interest rate I ve ever seen before. I couldn t be more pleased.
Dylan was AMAZING and their financial manager was unmatched. We made the drive to Eugene and it was SO worth it. I can't rave enough about the customer service I received! Did a recent trade in with Trevor, he has your needs and likes at hand. I went into look at a new car and wasn't ready for the payment on a 2021 vehicle. He understood and said he would call if something great popped up and on my way I went. Called a few days later and had what I was looking for at the price I could afford. EVERYONE there I dealt with was great! knowledgeable , friendly and wanting to make the customer happy. Dustin in the service department is very helpful and knows his stuff.There was a small leak in the sunroof discovered a few days after purchase. I called and they got me in the next day, had the part on stock and fixed the same day!! Highly recommend them for your next vehicle. I purchased a Mazda CX-9 and I'm so in love with it!! I am unbelievably happy with Kiefer Mazda! For one thing, I think this is the first time I have bought a car from a dealer and not felt cheated! Also, not to sound corny, but Fadi and his staff made my dreams come true! I owed so much on vehicle that I was practically laughed off the lot by another dealer. But these folks somehow worked MAGIC and now I have an almost brand new Mazda with half the interest I was paying on my old car! On top of that, I was treated with respect and care and that meant a lot. I would never go anywhere else to buy a car. One little problem, my new car is so fun to drive that I don't wanna do anything else! Thank you Kiefer Mazda!!
Everyone was on point friendly! I parked asked my question, that gentleman walked me over to the service department. After a few minutes a man came out gave me immediate attention walked me to the next department. Waited with me while I got my answer. Provided me with a testimony of another cost. Walked me back to the door. Best service all around that I have seen or felt in a long time. At a car dealership no less!!!
Fadi is awesome, so is Joseph! They really do take care of their customers! They went out of their way for me, and they didn't have to. Super friendly staff, would recommend to any of my friends/family! 10/10 guys, keep it up!
