Not good. I asked for a condition report on a lot one week before the auction. Two days before the auction I rang and politely asked about the report and to check they received it. The lady who answered the phone was very short with me and made me feel like I was bothering her. I was told when she had time she would send it. Needless to say I never received the report. After that experience I decided I would not be going back there.

I would never use Kidson Trigg again. I was very annoyed to say the least at the picture quality of the items I had put into to this auction especially given the charges for putting an item into this auction house. The Vendor fees are as follows correct as of today s date.

15% commission + VAT
1.5% insurance / indemnity + VAT

I found it odd how I had watched last months auction and a fair few items have been put back into this auction house for this months auction yet they seemingly sold last month....

Another thing what got my back up was the fact of I had put a rug into this auction house and it was laid out on the floor and people were walking all over it! What if someone had dirt on their shoes / something in their shoe this could ve ruined my rug I had put in to this auction. How can you have joe public walking all over things like this. I was particularly annoyed as I had this rug professionally cleaned prior to putting it into the auction.

Safe to say I wouldn t recommend this auction house to anyone!
