I led my first international trip with students partnering with Kaleidoscope Adventures in January 2019 to Spain. They made it effortless, and were so supportive, helpful, and easy to work with. Our guide in Spain was incredible, and I felt fully supported and cared for through the entire process. My students, fellow teacher/chaperone and I had a magical trip with memories to last a lifetime. Cannot wait to travel using Kaleidoscope again!

The ACA Patriot Music Department had a wonderful trip to Nashville! The band marched in the Nashville Christmas Parade & the choir sang in the Ryman Auditorium and gave a performance for a local school. My students loved their free time in the Opryland Resort, enjoying the indoor SoundWaves water park & some of the holiday attractions. We toured the regular Nashville country music sites & had wonderful, high-quality group meals at the Wildhorse Saloon, Hard Rock, & the Opry Backstage Grill. I recommend Nashville & I recommend using KA!
This company is using Their cancellation policy to keep money during a pandemic. Our trip i was canceled due to the pandemic. They are keeping $59 from every person that was scheduled to go on the trip and they are not doing any other refund until all parents sign a waiver. To use a pandemic to keep money is a horrible thing to do. This company cares nothing about people only about money. I hope that no one uses them again and that everyone reads the other reviews about this.
This company has refused to refund money paid for a trip setup that Covid cancelled. They are using their refund policy to keep $60 per person instead of refunding people because of a pandemic. They won t even refund a portion of the money to everyone until all the students parents sign a waiver. This company is garbage and only cares about money. Should be a zero star.
Should be 0 stars. used for a school trip of about 70 to New York. Cost about $2,000/ person, all inclusive. NOT. The hotel needed to be condemned, the kids kept looking for rats around hotel. They had us drop off our bags, and start walking, no time to even check in. They put us, first time in NY, with 1 guide, about 10 parents/teachers, and 60 kids on the subway at night. Then, return subway trip about 10 PM on Friday night only to find our train wasn't running any longer. meals were sub par at best. some of which were a sandwich, cookie, and bag of chips in a to go box. sent us to places the kids didn't even want to see. walked us to several attractions that were closed or not accessible. We spent more time walking than we did anything else. for $140,000 we should have been in a nice hotel, with excellent meals, and a well planned out, appropriate tour set up.
We were duped by Kaleidoscope, don't let it happen to you.

Amazing people to work with! If for some reason I was not able to reach someone by phone, they called me back within an hour. They work incredibly hard and are truly interested in making every trip a success. I am completely confident in Kaleidoscope and am looking forward to having them plan our next school trip!
