Very spacious parking garage under the square and you are right in the middle of the center

Large space, but lacks a little greenery, trees, flowers, etc.

This is Place Bellecour here. It is immense in the middle of Lyon the statue of Louis XIV throne in the middle. We have a beautiful view of Fourviere from the middle of the square.
It would miss a little tree, but since it is a parking below it must not be easy to shade it.

A must in Lyon but what a pity that there is no more greenery!

One of the largest square in France and Europe but apart from Louis XIV on his horse, his urban legend and the ferris wheel in winter ... There is not much to do there

Huge place, one of the largest in Europe, nerve center that goes to the artery of department stores (Republic). Fully plenary donate center. Around leave bus, bus to Imperial, metro ... Not far from the office of Tourism, which is positioned in one of the two buildings ON the square, installs the big wheel which is adorned with blue when the night appears. Nice place on the other hand when it rains it's really dirty. Too bad for the biggest place in Lyon

Like the name suggests it is indeed a "nice place" with a rather interesting statue of a French king in the style of a Roman legionnaire. Apparently the statue took decades and large quantities of money to eventually get to where it is and after all of the effort, the sculptor forgot the stirrups.

Great place that must be visited at least once and located not far from the Saone for a stroll along the docks.

Large square with statue and beautiful view of the cathedral. Have already seen the necessary nicer squares.

Central square of the magnificent city of Lyon where everything converges. A magnificent city that has combined history and modernity. And a clean and dynamic city! ONLY LYON!

Big red sqare ... waste of space, better plant some trees here

A relatively monotonous park down to the size of the statue in the middle, however, it is surrounded with many beautiful coffees, various shops and bookstores.
