I wish I could give it negative stars. I had planned a spa day at Saratoga Springs for myself and my wife so we needed a babysitter for a few hours. I had called and booked Kid's Nite Out two months before our trip and the lady on the phone had said I was good to go, and all I had needed to do was call them the day we checked into the hotel to let them know what our room number was. The day we checked in I called them and they said they didn't have a babysitter confirmed because they didn't have my credit card information. When I told the lady that I had booked two months ago and the person on the phone had taken everything down, she apologized and said there was nothing in the system. So I told them they had three days to find a sitter for us and she said they'll keep looking for one. The day came and I called them back and they said they had no one for me, but they would keep looking. The time came and went and I had to cancel my spa appointment so I could watch our daughter while my wife went to her treatment.

1. They need to train their people better. If the first person I talked to had done their job correctly I wouldn't have had to make changes to my plans.

2. If my reservation was "unconfirmed", why wouldn't they call to ask if I still wanted the reservation, a few days before the time? Do they not want the money?

I really recommend this it was the greatest Experience

Our sitter was so sweet! Very attentiv, and quick response. She arrived early and my kids had such a great time! They enjoyed the activities and games she brought

Worst place ever! They don't care about kids at all. They only care about money. They charge way too much. They say their sitters are CPR trained but, they give them time to get it after they hire them. The phone operators lie about their experience as well. If I could give them a negative number I would.

Exactly what we needed. We were nervous with Covid, but they came prepared with masks and made us feel very safe and comfortable. The sitter was very professional. We ll use again.

So I just read these negative reviews and thought I need to post a positive one. We had Carol I believe her name was and she was amazing. Very sweet to our boy and there was no money problems of any sort. We left money for her and our son for dinner and she spent barely any of it and tried to give us the change. I will FOR SURE use this company in the future. Our son had so much fun with her.

I was recommended this service by a friend that was a annual customer of Kids Night Out. I had my whole family in town for a Disney week long vacation. A total of 6 kids in conjoined hotel room. The care giver brought two back packs of age appropriate toys to keep them occupied and settled down. We used the service 3 times during the week she took the kids to the resort common grounds for activities. Organized a lunch or two thru approved room service. If you are out with your kids and need a break for adult fun I 10/10 recommend. Professional! Reliable! And unique Service!
