I am really disappointed with kid kampus after all of the positive feedback I have heard. Our child was only able to attend briefly due to covid and the communication with kid kampus since then has been nothing short of awful. I sent several emails with a few questions to wrap up our connection with kid kampus and did not get a reply. After waiting 6 weeks, I decided to call and was assured that I would get a call back that same day. Now it has been nearly 4 weeks and I still have not received a response. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would be able recommend to my friends as I value communication, especially from a daycare. We are left with the feeling that kid kampus was happy to accept our money and now that our child has no longer been able to attend due to covid, they are not interested in responding to any questions.
My daughter has been attending since she was 6wks old and they made us feel so loved, and safe. She has learned so much for example sign language at the age of 1yrs old. The staff is amazing and loves there job.
