They were so patient with me and really took the time to get me in the vehicle that I was 100 percent happy with. Brittany was the best she was not pushy and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. They did all they could to make me happy!!! Great place to buy a car. Unlike other car dealerships I have used in the past this one did NOT lie to me or push me into things that I did not want. Very good buying experience!!!

He made sure I knew everything about my car before I left and would even check in later to make sure everything was was going great with my new car. He made it the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Thank you Ali!! Everything was processed quickly. I HIGHLY recommend!

Although we live in Panama City our son experienced
Flashing check engine lights and was directed to having his Kia Sol towed to
Pensacola Kia.
It appeared that said vehicle was missing for over a week with us calling and speaking to 3 different service dept representatives looking into it but not returning our calls
(Hence 3 stars only)
until one alerted
Randy the Department manager who not only located &
Called us & had it repaired the same day which as fortunately
Under warranty.
This particular time in our world is very difficult to locate parts and the people to put them where they need to be when they are found.
But it takes someone to steer the ship &
I and Kia Pensacola should be super grateful

I knew up front that it could take up to two weeks to get my car fixed, but they were very timely and worked as quickly as they could. Dylan was very helpful and kept me informed about the issues and the cost for repairs. Thank you!

We weren't sure what kind of vehicle we needed. We needed something that could accommodate mobility equipment. Our salesman Nathan was so patient. We pulled 5 or six cars, we test drove each one. We finally settled on the car that fit us best. Nathan was excellent and I've already given referrals.

I had recalls on my Kia Optima and John in Service made sure to get me in so I didn't have to worry on my trip out of town next week. Dropped my car off late Sunday evening and picked up car Monday afternoon. Awesome communication!!!

This was the only good experience I have ever had with a dealership service department! Everyone was so kind and helpful any time I was in contact with them. My service advisor made sure I was aware of the diagnosis and repair process throughout the time my car was with them. I will gladly return here for any of my car service needs.
