They're running a scam. I have literally set my harmonica back and forth to KHS America continuously for the past 3 years. It's almost as if they have some type of voodoo going on in which the harmonicas break more easily than they should. As strange as it sounds one minute my instrument will be working and then I will have some perception in my mind which will then cause my instrument to stop working, and then again I have to pray (think) over my instrument for it to continue to work once again.

KHS has repaired two Hohner accordions of mine and did great work. Also, without going into long detail about it, i had an issue and in all honesty, had low expectations about it being resolved in a fair manner, or if at all, and Mr Bucco, their Service and Support manager was very helpful and professional. I live out of state or i would support this business at every opportunity, so I would highly recommend anyone local to them to do so.

I sent KHS American my Hohner accordion for some reed repair back in April. They kept me waited 4 months each time I called they would not answer never kept me updated recently I called to get an update on what was going on they told me that nothing could be done until December. Very disappointed asked to return my accordion back
