An ok Airport, took flight via SkyUp Airlines. Used there storage for bags, cost 90 gerivna for one bag for a day.
But the information woman, "the brunette" she is always on the phone while the "blonde" does all the job.
This is a very nice and simple airport. The staff all speak English and are very helpful.
Nice clean airport, staff friendly and helpful. Quick to get though security. Small airport but relaxing place to wait for flight.
Modern airport built 10 years ago. It's big enough for air transport that goes through that part of Ukraine and to support the city of Kharkiv with it's almost 2 million of inhabitants. Big parking, nice caffe with fast service.
Airport is ok. But the ground staff is unfriendly and incompetent. Probably not enough to do so they harass paying customers. Better to fly through Kiev!
