Kfc orchards

Very disappointed, when I got home I found that the chicken breast was missing from my rounder, only bun and dressing. What a waste of money

Waited an hour at the drive-through! Absolutely rediculous. We even tried phoning while we waited, but they didn't answer the phone. At the front, we asked what's happening. They said one of the grillers or something is off. Would've bee nice if they had someone in the front informing people of the problem, because once you are in the drive-through, there's no way out.

The queue gets really long. It's faster to go inside than to make use of the drive thru. This is usually during month end.

Got our order wrong, short staffed but helpful none the less

The slowest drive thru I have ever seen ...isn't even the busiest but it took atleast 40min of waiting on a queue before we could place an order

Went through drive through, ordered 2 small meals and had to go wait in the parking for our food while we were in a hurry

Under packes a few times in the past... nuggets are terrible

Only one KFC who can take a large order right and not miss a thing. The best KFC in South Africa is KFC Nelspruit. I salute the owner of the franchise and The Staff for the Top Service.

They can be a little slow sometimes but they have a very friendly staff

KFC has lost it's great taste. It was oily n tasteless. Normally the crumbs is more salty instead of flavorsome but that day is was selfless n very oily. Was not surprised which is the saddest thing ever for a guest.

Drive through came to a complete standstill for about 15min while their was no drive through service at all

Busy night, drive through was packed but the service was speedy and on point. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Service standards are variable depending on the shift

The drive-through service is very poor! The staff is very slow. You queue for more than 30 minutes to get to your turn to buy!

The shop is well located....cosy drive thru and ample safe parking.. Great family-friendly eating area as well...

Great food quality - a little too oily lately. Check your order before leaving.

Wrong order was given to me with staff members talking things not work related while serving customers

They are busy all year around. Service is lacking as their Ice cream machine is most of the time broken during the summer months. Also during the peak peiods of Pay day, the chicken is half fried due to trying to Service many customers in a short time

Fast, efficient service. Food fresh and well prepared.
