I've really enjoyed working for Keystone, specifically in the Adult Community Autism Program, as a Community Support Professional. I worked with a dedicated group of professionals who genuinely care about the needs of the individuals. They work with your schedule and personal needs. I was never in need for hours as there is always work to be done, so over time is usually a possibility. At times I did feel some disorganization with the structure, which did get frustrating. But I always felt supported by my colleagues. Benefits are good and PTO usually available. Compared to other human agencies, the pay is good and I've even received a bonus and raise. This organization is worth working for.
