Don t take you re love ones here PLEACE!!! This place it s HORRIBLE I saw one of the night nurse hitting a lady and she was crying for help and no one hear her... I just step up and call police till they came... DO NOT TAKE YOURE LOVE ONES THERE
Giving 4 stars for the housekeeping manager. Had a very good experience here, my father was there for rehab. His room was very clean and housekeepers really helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting the housekeeping manager Ricardo Salinas. He's a very nice and humble man and you can tell he takes his job serious. I even saw him help cleaning rooms with the housekeepers. Never saw that before. Good job Ricardo
An elderly friend was transferred to this facility from the hospital for short-term rehabilitation prior to entering an adult living facility, and his experience was horrible. Immediately after transfer, he was supposed to see an in-house doctor. That didn't happen until three days after his admittance. They screwed up his medications, and acted as though they barely knew he was admitted.
He was there for two months as they waited for his long-term care to be approved, and during that time frame, he had several nurses complain about the management and the nursing staff was like a rotating door with nurses leaving and new ones coming consistently in that short time period. Also during his stay, the State health department apparently conducted an audit and two of the nurses told my friend they were under investigation and were given strict deadlines to come into compliance or face shutting down.
There is so much more to tell, but in summary, this facility is extremely disorganized. Most of the staff is unhappy and unfriendly. They are very difficult to get a hold of by phone and in person. And don't bother leaving messages because they never return your calls or respond.
I tend to give a lot of grace to those working in medical or senior care, because I understand it is a challenging field. But, this facility barely performs even the smallest level of care in my experience as an observer and advocate for my friend. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Don t like the attitude of some nurses today was horrible I ask the nice housekeeper to clean something for my father she said ok but her manager Ricardo said no why? Rude
Highly un recommend ! My grandmother is on her deathbed. She was in a very good home for a few years. After 2 months of her being at keystone. She is now on her deathbed. DO NOT send your loved ones here under any circumstances.
Do NOT send loved ones here. The level of care is HORRIBLE. How anyone who works here is able to go home and lay their heads on a pillow is truly baffling. Imagine if others provided your loved ones the same level of care as you provide to others. Eldery neglect is the level of care to expect here! Your facility should be closed & 95% of you should NEVER be allowed to touch another patient!!!
I am still waiting on my father's medication and care charts from his time there. According to the Coroner's report, he was very ill. Yet, your people said he would be well enough for transport to Indiana. Then not even 2 weeks later, he passed away while still in your care. You also, failed to comply with a request for information from the nursing facility up here. According to the records I have received, he should have been medicated for his underlying conditions. My question is, why was he not receiving this medication? We now have everything except your chart for my father. If we do not hear from the records office, we will be contacting an attorney!
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! By far the worst place of care I've ever seen. No communication at all. You can't get through to anyone! Nurse Nance calls 5 times, leaves messages its important. Try to call back the entire day ,all day and not one person could understand me or connect me! The girl that answers the phone Bianca is very rude. When and if I can ever get through to someone and know what is going on with my inlaws , they are getting out of there asap!!! The most unprofessional place ever.
