I appreciate the care that Keystone gave my father in law and our family during a very difficult time. Their program is special, their team is attentive and available for same day referrals and needs. Besides providing wonderful care and communication to the family and to the primary care doctor or facility, they have very special programs that set them apart ... such as their "veterans program" and their "granting wishes" program. Thank you Keystone and keep up the wonderful care you give !

Keystone Hospice has been so wonderful to both of my parents. The military honor guard recognition of my father's service was so meaningful to my father when he was alive. He cherished the flag and plaque and displayed them where he could see them. My mother, my sister, and I were so touched by the playing of Taps over his flag-draped gurney and the military escorte from his residence to the hearse was exactly what he would have wanted.
Keystone's chaplin, social worker, nurses, and aides have gone above and beyond caring for my family. I know this next few months are going to be really difficult for my mother. My parents were married for almost 70 years and there is no way we are going to be able to fill the hole in my mothers heart. I am confident that Keystone will help take care of our mother to insure that she lives the best life possible.

Keystone is one of our facility's go-to's. They always give excellent care to our Residents and are on the ball. I know I can call Mike Briggs and he will help me with whatever I need.

All the professionals at Bluebird Hospice, from the nurses to the aftercare specialists to the social worker were on point every step of the way as they helped see my Mom through her last few days on earth. They were thorough in following through on every comfort they said they would provide her, and they were uniformly kind and caring in their communications with me and my family. Watching any family member die is so difficult, and the sensitive treatment we received from Bluebird made the whole experience much more tolerable. Thank you from me and my entire family for your kind service.

Very rarely do I rate a place at the top of the scale however I would give this compassionate staff a 10. Thank you Pastor Tim for the comfort you provided. We appreciated the help with the medical needs. The color guard arriving at 2Am. Most of all giving comfort to our father. Thank you all so much

You took very good care of my mother in last days. You visit her regularly and let me know by phone or text message how she was doing. With the covid our visits were spotty. We wasn't allowed in on some weeks. But you were there. Thank you. You did a wonderful job.

Keystone Hospice is BEYOND phenomenal! I've worked along side Keystone staff as a facility nurse and patient advocate. Now on the other side of the coin I've seen the compassionate and professional care they provided for my aunt. I'm even more convinced of Keystone's significant commitment and contributions to families and our community. Keystone even provided a military tribute to my aunt including an American flagged draped over her as she exited the facility, two Marines standing at attention, saluting my aunt with Taps playing. A send off well deserved for her service in Vietnam. We will never be able to recommend them enough!!!

Idaho is blessed to have Keystone Hospice. I personally want to thank Travis for giving Honors, J.D. for his compassion and care , and Sarah for her care she gave, they all really cared about our Grandpa. Keystone Hospice is the best ever and the most amazing staff. Travis and Zack showed real compassion for my grandfather during their visits with him during his final time with us. I just want to thank all of you and let you all know how happy I am that keystone was part of my grandfather's final care.

A million times over, thank you for what you all do. I was so pleased and impressed with the Hospice RN s kindness, warmth, and compassion with my loved ones family. Their last moments together were full of love, peace, and comfort thanks to the Keystone teams dedication and heart. I would highly recommend Keystone for both Home Health and Hospice.

The care I found for mom was outstanding. I wish I would have found this company sooner. The nurses, cna's, social workers and the chaplain were great. If you need a Hospice Company that has all of the programs you need including physical therapy, and more ways to contoll the pain besides heavy narcotics until they are really needed. I would highly recommend this company.
