I have dealt with Keystone for almost 20 years. They have always responded quickly to any call for service. They also have donated many hours of service to the Farm, Home & Youth Foundation's 4-H Center as well as supplying us with boxes for trash which were used at our annual Fair that was held in August.

An excellent management team and very skilled service technicians. Very responsive and competitively priced.

Keystone Fire Protection has donated free trash receptacles to our nonprofit organization for the past several years. This has allowed us to focus resources to other areas to make our events more enjoyable.

This installed a fire panel for the commercial building we own. We paid over $6k to install the panel and also signed a monitoring agreement with them. Since the day of the install, which was 4 years ago, I have been getting phone calls at 2am in the morning from THEIR monitoring company saying there is an issue with the panel and there is "communication failure" and the auto test every night is failing. When I called them of this issue, they told me it's a Comcast and my IT company issue. I paid both of them to come out and fix it and they told me that it was an issue with the fire panel. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other. I got fed up and told everyone to come out together and get this fixed. After spending countless hours, it's STILL not fixed and the panel is still not communicating with their monitoring company. I have countless emails and phone calls to prove that they have been just making excuses and not caring to get this issue fixed. They blame every one else for the problem but at the end of the day it's their equipment that is not doing the job. If this company had any integrity, they would come and fix the problem. All they care about is money. Despite the fact that the panel is still not working properly, I got bills for every time they came out. When I called to complain about the bill, they told me they would get back to me with a resolution and they never did. They just kept on sending me more bills. I couldn't believe they charged me for every single service call to fix a panel that has NEVER worked from day one. The main purpose of the panel is to call out to the monitoring company when there is an issue. Since there is "communication failure" between the panel and their monitoring company, in my opinion and the opinion of my attorney, their work was never completed. Through this entire time, I have been paying their monthly monitoring fees hoping they will one day will fix the issue, and frankly I have been so busy and annoyed at this whole ordeal, didn't want to deal with the problem. Every 29 days, the monitoring company starts calling like clockwork at 2am in the morning, telling me "there is communication failure on auto test" and every 29 days I tell them to put me on "do NOT disturb"- it's their policy, they can't disregard notices for more then 29 days. They tell me to call Firestone to have this issue addressed- I laugh at them saying, "you don't think I have asked them numerous times?" The last straw was when I got a COLLECTIONS phone call and letter for over $1800! For what? A system that has never worked properly and beeps all day long b/c it has an "error" message on the fire panel and is failing it's main purpose since it's installation. I am having another company fix the system and put it in right because this whole collections ordeal has made me realize that it's something that needs to be addressed. To make it worse, my last conversation was with a lady in the company, she admitted that the manager or supervisor told her that they should have installed a different type of equipment in hindsight and that someone would be contacting me to rectify the issue. That was the last conversation I had before they sent me to collections- this is the type of company this is. Beware!

The staff are wonderful people with great customer service skills. The service is done quickly and efficiently at a price that is reasonable. They do not rush you through on the phone or in person, making sure to answer all your questions but still put great value on your time. I cannot say enough good things. BRAVO!

They were very helpful with an extinguisher I wanted to recycle.. I was unsure how to handle the process, and they walked me though it. I also used them when I was a principal of a grade school to keep our equipment up to code. Always did a stellar job.

I really enjoy being an employee here. From day one, my coworkers have been so kind and welcoming. They really make me feel like I am a valuable part of the team! Management is easily accessible, which makes working on projects and getting them done in a timely matter incredibly simple! I have been working here for a year and have truly enjoyed my time with Keystone! Such a great group of people who care about each other, work hard, and have fun. It's a great balance.

Several of the reviews here are fake, and posted by keystone employees. Now, to be fair, MOST of them are real but John and lisa should stop pushing employees to rate they're own company.

I joined the Keystone team just a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's nice to come to work with people who genuinely like their job!

I will say that Keystone is very responsive to their customers needs as they provided me with 24/7 emergency service. I have dealt with the management team and I say they are focused on ensuring the company is "easy to do business with and with over 20 years in the industry, they offer prepared inspection proposals and quote repairs and services as needed. I have a 16 year old son and he is interested in a career with this company because of the value they place on its employees. My son also likes that Keystone offers the best up to date training for their employees and he believes he will be one of the best skilled technicians in the industry

Keystone Fire Protection is a super responsive, support friend of Upper Merion Township Parks and Recreation. As Marketing Manager, our large Earth Day Festival requires more event receptacles. I had exceptional service and care for my request from Jessica, and great service from Jon who delivered the product. I strongly endorse Keystone Fire Protection. Great to have them a part of our local community!

Keystone Fire Protection Co. donated 20 trash receptacles for our Annual Summer Picnic. With this donation we were able to keep the park clear while the over 1000 guests enjoyed a fun afternoon of activities. Thank you for the donation, and we look forward to working with you again.

Keystone was more than accommodating as they helped me prepare for my organization's (El Concilio), first Annual Car Show. It was becoming a challenge for me to pick up the trash receptacles, and as my event drew nearer, I became more and more busy. I expressed my frustration with not being able to reach them in time, and they were able to deliver the receptacles the next day, squeezing my destination in among other delivery locations. Representatives were always polite and informative. Great organization!

I've been trying to schedule an extinguisher service with them for 2 weeks now! They keep saying they will call back. They do not. Don't waste your time. Update: They made it good! Sometimes things fall through the cracks. 2nd Update: They said it would be free of charge due to the inability to return phone calls. They still charged my card. I guess I should not be surprised.

I had a poor experience with Keystone Fire Prevention. They billed me inappropriately and demanded payment or else threatened collections. I wrote a review of my experience. Rather than contact me to try to correct the problem as I requested they called google and had my first review taken down. The company would be much better if they listened to their customers and addressed their concerns rather than trying to silence them.

Addendum:
Since I posted my review, Keystone has decided to place a one star review of my place of work, a doctors office where they have never been seen. Please feel free to contact me to address my concerns rather than attacking my business online.
