We just bought a beautiful RX350 from Keyes Lexus and everything was great. Our salesman Shaw was great very knowledgeable and helped us out through the whole process. We ll definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and we want to thank Shaw for everything we really appreciate it!

Typical salespeople with no clue. Told me they couldn't sell a car to take to another state. I'd have to wait a month for title and couldn't drive it until them. Of course I needed to come over quick because the car would sell fast.

The most horrendous car buying experience ever. No complaints against my salesperson Khalid as he did everything to provide me the best experience. However the finance manager Nick Arustamyan is completely incompetent and needs to be retrained how to close the deal. Nick refused to return my numerous messages after I inquired about the status of my title. Literally, after 30 days I had to call Alex the general manager and leave messages that I was going to return the car and file a complaint against the dealership. Then all sudden the filing clerks were able to overnight my title. I would expect such incompetence from used car dealer not a new Lexus dealer. I appreciate Alex getting involved and resolving the issue very quickly but that does not change the fact I had the my title stuck at the dealership and I had to rent a car for a whole month. I would not recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I am sure you can find much better car buying experience at another Lexus franchise.

Very very satisfied with our New Lexus SUV ! Ramon syed helped us and got us an Amazing deal we were just completely mind blown with our offers. Everyone at Lexus Keys was just amazing and extremely helpful !
