Yesterday on the advice of Gerard bought a nice thick Ribeye and Diamanthaas of 275 grams each, baked and eaten.
Meat from a Twente cow.
We usually prefer meat from South America, Uruguay and Argentina. But these steaks were really super and worth repeating. Also thanks to enthusiasm from Gerard!
