What a horrible service! One of the worst experiences ever had.

After 3 weeks of waiting (there was nothing wrong with this, our choice) our ordered fridge arrived. Exciting!
After unpacking it appeared to be damaged on the refrigerator! Newly ordered thing, worth 1.3k euro !!!
Photos taken, reported by email. Was told that they do nothing more with the buyer and service continues by entire other company - Keukenmagazijn. What is that? I buy it from you and you arrange everything for me. It doesn't matter to me where you go with the damaged refrigerator.
So write another email to the other party, no answer for 4 days! Abnormal. After a second e-mail to the seller and to Keukenmagazijn with a warning that this is going absolutely bad, finally received an answer.
Another week!!! later someone came in with the replacement product, ALSO DAMAGED !!!! What the heavens, check your device before it gets in the truck !!!
We have not accepted this and returned it immediately. Another big email to both parties checked - no reply from the seller so 123 equipment and a few days later again a standard message from Keukenmagazijn for another replacement refrigerator.
A few days later the thing was delivered again and finally in a good condition.

After comparing all the photos of all 3 fridges, it turned out that the first two were old stock, with oxidation on the pipes in the back, without books and packing material inside.

After further investigation, it turned out that this webpage 123aparatuur is not a separate seller but a part of Keukenmagazijn group. I don't need any unnecessary intermediaries during my purchase!

Absolutely Unacceptable !!!
No call back to us with apologies, no proposal with what they are going to offer - discount, replacement product, different model, what are the options, nothing.
You paid - your problem.

Never buy from these again, ever !!!

I had ordered oven guides online from the AEG webs...

I had ordered oven guides online from the AEG website. They turned out not to fit ... sucks!

After contact, customer service figured out what the correct conductors had to be and we were allowed to exchange them immediately by post. Very friendly service and quick responses.

Yesterday was the appointment to replace the sink....

Yesterday was the appointment to replace the sink.
The technician called half an hour in advance to say he would be there at 7:30 am.
Neatly replaced, friendly technicians, neatly worked.
That deserves a good ten
