This program trains young adults from across North America who are passionate about creating change within their communities. Participants learn leadership skills while also gaining an understanding of how issues related to sexuality intersect with other forms of oppression such as racism or ableism.

Another important initiative is our "Jewish Safe Schools Coalition." This coalition brings together educators from across North America who are committed to making schools safer places for LGBTQ students.
