Unwilling to help me
I tried to do the right thing by informing them of my husband's passing, but they blocked me from his account information even though I am legally entitled to all of his possessions and business. Blocked from online access even though I have his username and password. They want me to spend hundreds of dollars and waste the court's and judge's time just to get information. Insensitive policies, I spoke to several people. I did not experience this with two other banks in town under similar circumstances. KCFCU is not making it easy to tie up loose ends. Beware. I feel bad for anyone this happens to.
