Kerasotes theaters Review

I absolutely love this movie theater. They have great prices all the time. The seating is really nice and comfortable as well. They have sofa sized, leather seats with manual recliners. The movies always sound great too. Top notch quality imo. One of my favorite things is that you can purchase tickets online and pick your seating. Only slight hassle is it's a bit far but that depends on where you live, but I do think it's worth the trip. Just make sure you leave at least 20 minutes before the movie starts.

I would give it 5 stars but the counter staff needs to be more attentive. The process of getting in, seated & obtaining snacks needs to be more organized. Customers need help finding their correct seats & directions to the different areas they need.

Very nice big comfortable reclining chairs and clean. At every entrance they have sanitizer stands and everyone is wearing their masks. I felt safe and comfortable.

I recommend Kerasotes ShowPlace 14. The facility is clean, modern and comfortable. The movie ticket prices are great. The seating is first class and comfortable. The seats are massive leather chairs with manual recliners. The sound system is fantastic! The staff is very focused on giving every customer a fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again!!!

Very warm in the theater...esp in the seats. They are comfy, but because they are leather(?) they create a sweat factor & are sticking to me. The lobby & restroom are air conditioned & cool.
We weren't able to preview our seats, so the ones we chose were too far over & not near the exit to the restrooms & concessions. Normally we get to a theater early & choose seats that are more conscientious to our neighbours for restroom breaks, etc. There have been occasions where they let one (or all) of us preview the seats before we purchase. The ticket agent & theater were not busy at all at the time, I explained our situation, but no one was willing to accomodate us. So we didn't make a stink or fuss.
We were also not given the option to purchase concessions AT the concession stand. We were told we had to purchase items from the computer kiosk with the agent without looking at the options available. The theater experience was on the way out long before the "pandemic", so it was not THAT.
So here I am, doing what people do now when they aren't satisfied. Human interaction & experience has been mitigated & diminished by no choice or will of the customer. Short of any offer they may have, I'm not interested in any consolation by "management". They had their chance at point of sale. I paid full price. And this is my experience. If I come back, I'll bring an ice pack, a portable fan, I'll insist a bit more firmly on an ACTUAL (not virtual) preview of my seating options, and I'll talk to & discuss with as many people as possible my experience.

Love this theater, usually very quiet. Not alot of people and has great service.

Favorite movie theater! Been coming for years and they always improve!

The best movie theater ever. They have reclined comfortable seats, clean, free refills on popcorn, and drinks, and the staff are very kind. If you have any questions or concerns there is a customer service in the front are where you can go.

I'm so happy how staff is handling and taking all the precautions in this pandemic . I was amaze to get back to the movie theater plus I felt save keep up the great job to staff & management God bless you all & again welcome back.. I recommend to everyone to come movie let's get back in track with life.. Thank you for the precautions..!!!!
