Decent sized bookstore with good collections for all ages and interests. I was looking for baking/ cooking books. My only gripe is that they did have some of the best sellers on the shelves and did not have another copy for the book I liked as the cover of the one on shelf was little worn. I purchased nonetheless.

Great store with a wonderful speaker / presentation space. Staff are very friendly, and parking and public transit access is immediate. While I prefer a couple other bookstores to this one, I would be happy to spend time here. Follow them online for great events -- they have so many!

BEST local bookstore with helpful staff. Keplers also has many book signing and author events.

My daughter who is an avid reader loves heading here after breakfast at Cafe Barrone's next door.

This independent neighborhood bookstore is a true gem. Knowledgable, helpful staff who truly care about the business and its customers. If a book is out of stock or they don't carry it, they are more than happy to order it for you to be delivered to the store with no obligation to buy it right then.

Been a favorite place to shop for books since I was a kid. I wish they still had used books. And, I miss the old store, that was a warren of books you could get lost in.
Still great, though, after all these long years!

A decent-sized bookstore with a lot of character. Books, cards, wrapping paper, gifts there is a good variety. I happened to be in store during an author event, which was cool. My favorite section of books was the limited edition.

Amazing bookshop with an amazing selection of books for adults and children. I went in to buy one book and came out with 9, I must stay that it is a must when at Palo Alto. Plus, it's on a road full with great restaurants. ..!

Once Kepler was "Silicon Valley's" Bookstore. Not that long ago Keplers was bustling, had great selection, and a obligatory stop for authors. Now it is a shadow of its former self. Bookstores are dying; even B&N and Borders are suffering. Ecommerce and ebooks have taken its toll. Sad.

Nice

Keplers books is a really great bookstore. I used to go to Borders and small business bookstores before that and Keplers has such a friendly vibe especially for the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area.

If you're not careful you'll walk out of here with a free tote bag full of the $150+ of books you just bought. I'm not even mad though, I've already finished a couple of them and they're some of my favorites already; I am excited to finish the rest! Amazing staff can help find what you want and the selection is vast.
