Slow workers and they don't reason at all they do what they feel is right and dont follow order

Loved using the Nyayo Ferry. Steady and not crowded.

Such an eerie sense of disorder. Can never be sure that the ferry wont be overloaded.

Quite crowded during the peak hours, the operators may keep you waiting for close to one hour at times.

Ferry servants very rude and harassment from them

Depends on the time. It took us about 3.5 hours to get to Diani Beach during rush hour at 4:30 p.m. And the driver was really great!

It's okay. I especially like that it's free for all pedestrians. That's cool

I believe as a country, The government should improve the state, efficiency and safety of these ferries
Life jackets, security and safety personelle, life boats, guard boats.
We need our future generations to be safe.
At least they get the job done almost half a million people everyday

I appreciate the service they give, but it is a real madness, sometimes you have to wait an hour to catch the Ferry, they should consider the organization.

Car broke down at the the ferry. The attendants were very helpful

They function 24/7 so one can cross anytime of day or night. The best idea however is to avoid the rush hours as there is abit of traffic of both people and vehicles.

Please, please may we have stairs on the Mama Ngina side towards the matatu bus park terminus. The County to push the National or just as an initiative the county to take it up. Ni aibu hapa mahali pana aibu kubwa. Why do the what park? Just to add on the park that is on going, please do remember we need those stairs on a serious note. This will give the whole project a meaningful projection.

Kenyans are just awesome to be around. Service sucks sometimes but generally Kenyans will entertain you as you wait for the ferry.

I really feel like Kenya Ferry Services should up their game. Pedestrians wait for such a long time, in the scorching sun to board the ferry, while people in their cars (shelter) are given the first priority.

Very risky. The management has ignored the ferries. Only God helps us cross safely.

The disorganisation and traffic at the ferry was at another level. A fight almost broke out when trying to board a ferry from south coast side.

To get to the south beach you have to go by ferry peculiar but very interesting from Mombasa to Likony
